Thank you for using ApnaValentine. We want to ensure you have the best experience while planning your romantic celebrations.
1. Digital Content Delivery
ApnaValentine provides digital goods and services, including AI-generated cards and premium guides. Due to the digital nature of these products, they are typically deemed "used" after being accessed or downloaded.
2. Refund Eligibility
While most purchases are final, we may offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If a paid feature (like AI Cards) fails to work due to a server-side error for more than 48 hours.
- Duplicate Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same premium feature.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a subscription.
4. Third-Party Purchases
Please note that for any products purchased through external links (such as Amazon India gifts or event tickets from booking sites), the refund and cancellation policies of those specific platforms will apply. ApnaValentine is not responsible for refunds for third-party products.
5. Process for Refund
To request a refund, please email us at mail@mravinash.com with your transaction ID and the reason for the request. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
